... this means being in good psychophysical condition, and for this it is necessary to take care of adequate physical capacity as well as mental strength and fitness. Everything is organically connected to each other and forms the key to a healthy and quality life, regardless of age and associated conditions.

The modern lifestyle represents extremes in many aspects, which can slowly degrade an individual's capacities. Therefore, it is good that, in an already hectic lifestyle, one has as stable and regulated psychophysical capacity as possible. If one does not allow oneself this, one exposes oneself to imbalance and attracts numerous health complications.

It is essential to realize that an individual can do a lot for their health. Just as much as they pay attention to their health in the past, their health 'returns' to them in the future. For some, less, for others more and more pronounced. So just take your health into your own hands - invest in a healthy life and it will be grateful to you until the end.

A long time ago, guidelines for promoting health were issued in
the food pyramid , which many people still do not follow today. Therefore, just strive to follow the dietary guidelines as a basis for a healthier lifestyle.

Mental strength and fitness

Stress
Today, stress is everywhere and systemic; in public institutions, at work, and also in family circles, among friends, etc. Under prolonged and intense pressure, people usually do not function optimally and reliably as they would when relaxed and fully conscious. That is why it is good to be skilled in self-control and personal anti-stress mechanisms. Proper management of stressful situations requires high self-awareness and self-control, which allows us to act calmly and fully conscious in stressful situations, refraining from sudden emotional impulses.

There are numerous anti-stress methods and approaches. From our regions, various sports activities, conversations, spending time in nature, various clubs and workshops are well-known, etc. From eastern regions, various martial arts, exercise, meditation, healing and cultivation methods have become increasingly popular here. Choose the one that suits you.

Any kind of self-expression allows us to relax and thus resolve the pressures of today. Find a way that suits you, while refraining from sudden emotional reactions in unpleasant and conflict situations. Remember, if you change yourself, you change the world around you!


Sleep and rest
Ensure adequate rest, and a long and restful sleep. This aspect is most often overlooked or ignored.

Breathing and movement
Practice breathing and movement naturally, gently, and gratefully.

Love and sexuality
The two are closely connected, so keep them honest, respectful, and loyal.

Be genuinely kind and good-hearted!
Be kind in your relationships with all people, especially those you have difficulty getting along with. The reason is not just selflessness, but because it is all intricately and organically connected, being kind and generous to others results in you being kind and generous to yourself. As a result, others will begin to behave similarly towards you.
Kindness will help you overcome unwanted impulses in yourself and those around you.

Adequate physical capacity

Movement
The average person today does not move enough on a daily basis, and if we also take into account the static nature and excessive repetitive movements at work, especially sitting or standing, this has a catastrophic effect on our body in the long term. Given the structure of the human musculoskeletal system, it is created for movement, and therefore it is necessary to provide the body with adequate movement on a daily basis.

During static (especially sedentary) work, adjust to a correct sitting position for 6-20 minutes and every hour, take a few minutes to break from sitting or static posture and walk around, even around the work environment. This way, you will get at least the little exercise that is absolutely necessary for your body. There are also various short exercises that are adapted to your workplace.

Depending on the individual's active capacity, at least 1 hour of appropriate daily physical activity is recommended. Continuous walking is sufficient, preferably in nature, or you can find an activity that is more suitable for you.

Feet are also the part of the body that people pay the least attention to, so in the appropriate seasons, just treat yourself to walking barefoot in nature, in meadows, forests, or sand. You will feel better.


Nutrition
The most important thing is the right amount of balanced nutrition. At this time, there are already a lot of healthy eating guidelines and it often happens that people adopt a new way of eating, but they do not take into account a balanced diet and do not know how to relax and truly enjoy it. Overeating and excessive control of the new eating regimen also create a stressful situation, which can lead to a loss of psychological balance. Suppose you already consider the aforementioned balanced food pyramid. In that case, it is highly desirable that, in addition to its guidelines, you think consuming more unprocessed food, which should be local, if possible from your own production. Not overeating and enjoying every bite in moderation is more important than any strict diet or radical eating regimen, unless it is prescribed for some medical reason.

Drinking enough water daily is also very important. Ideally, 1L of water per 25kg of body weight would be ideal. However, due to increased physical activity, additional fluid intake with appropriate supplements is recommended due to greater losses.

A healthy diet will provide you with very good conditions for physical performance, mental fitness, and personal strength. Don't neglect this aspect!
